Why use MRI?
The answer to this question lies in the collective experience and local knowledge of the directors of MRI. We sell properties that we own and manage. We know these properties are in good locations, well decorated and with a good standard of facilities. That way when they become vacant (as all residential investment properties do at some point) they will be easy to re-let. Also, our property price range is at a more manageable level for most people.When you purchase a property from MRI we will do the following:
- Source the property
- Manage the property and collect the rent, including managing any repairs and annual certificates required
- Find a new tenant if and when required
- Source the tenant for the property if it is not already tenanted
MRI is not an agency; the properties we offer for sale are owned either by ourselves, our associated companies and/or partnerships. In this way MRI can be absolutely sure of both the quality and availability of the investments offered to clients.
And remember, we are not a seminar company or a coaching company and we don’t block buy new build flats at a notional discount, off plan or otherwise. We simply sell residential tenanted properties at their vacant valuation.
